∎ At least 3 years of experience working with NGOs or other development organizations, preferably in DRR and Education related project in emergency context
∎ Demonstrated experience in working with partnership approach
∎ Experience in designing and working with impact-focused monitoring frameworks
∎ Practical and extensive experience in training and facilitating meetings at various levels
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
∎ Willingness and ability and willingness to travel widely in program areas
∎ Ability to produce high quality reports, case studies
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package and Internet using
