∎ Coordinates with: Program Managers, Officers, Coordinators and Partners.
∎ Direct line manager of: WASH in HCF team in the field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Management:
∎ The PM will be responsible for the management of WASH FIT inventory, project implementation and reports preparation.
∎ The PM will ensure that the assigned project activities are completed within allotted time frame, budget and set quality.
∎ Ensure constant communication with health sector partners to identify areas for improvement and formulate recommendations in coordination with technical working group members.
∎ Provide detailed, accurate and timely monthly report on the activities, challenges and areas that need of improvement including operational data.
∎ Capacity Strengthening:
∎ Organize and facilitate WASH FIT training to the key health sector partners at district level and facility-based staffs in Ukhiya and Teknaf.
∎ Organize joint visits with district level key health and WASH sector partners and prepare report and flyers for wider dissemination.
∎ Provide on job catching, training and mentoring to facility managers and health sector partners, to ensure WASH FIT standards are prioritized and in practice.
∎ Coordination and Advocacy:
∎ Ensure robust and efficient coordination with Civil Surgeon office, RRRC office, WHO and WASH and Health Sectors in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate WASH FIT - Technical Working Group in Cox's Bazar and participate other coordination meetings led by health sector at field level.
∎ Ensure decisions on improving healthcare facilities are in convergence and integration of WASH FIT standards.
∎ Undertake field visits to monitor and assess WASH FIT implementation by health sector partners and decides on required actions.
∎ Ensure a steady and active representation of HEKS/EPER at clusters as well in all the other, significant meetings.
∎ Safety and Security:
∎ Asses and consult other partners to ensure security situation of planned locations is calms; Ensure risk assessment and share security information.
∎ Responsible to put in place appropriate security and prevention measured during any distribution and implementation of project activities.
∎ Provide timely incident report to the line manager as needed.
∎ Financial Management:
∎ Manage budget for the assigned project and ensure all expenses are according to budget and meet HEKS/EPER standards regarding financial management, including accountability and good governance.
∎ Logistics:
∎ Liaise, as necessary, with the logistics, admin and finance staff to ensure items are procured, transported, stored, managed and accounted for correctly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in public health related activities is a must.
∎ Professional requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of security management in humanitarian contexts.
∎ Keep strong coordination with other implementing agencies, donors and local governmental authorities at field level.
∎ Budget management and excellent computer skills.
∎ Language:
∎ Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
∎ Knowledge in Chittagonian language will get preference.
∎ Personal requirements:
∎ Willingness to accept frequent field missions.
∎ Ability to establish collaborative relationships with staff, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 111,300 per month
