Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage a team of software developers
∎ To provide technical leadership for every aspect of software development.
∎ To communicate with foreign clients and identify and understand their requirements
∎ To design software architecture and development methodologies by understanding the business process
∎ To provide guidance and support to team members for software development
∎ Investigates problem areas to provide creative, innovative and effective technical solutions on live products and services.
∎ Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with delivery to product management.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of high quality front-end and back-end code following best practices.
∎ To assess team strength and ensure maximum optimization of available resources
∎ Collaborate effectively with all team members, stakeholders, clients, management as well as hold regular meetings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Extensive experience in software development and project management preferably in Net.
∎ Huge knowledge in applying new technologies and techniques for software development and various process control tools and equipment.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to deal with foreign clients.
∎ A good and efficient manager.
