Education:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning.
Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMD Pro, or equivalent) will be considered a strong asset.

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian, resilience, environmental, infrastructure, or development programmes.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project or programme management roles with direct supervisory responsibilities in Rohingya refugee camp settings.
Responsibilities & Context:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership, Programme Management and Implementation:
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the integrated implementation of Site Development and Nature-based Solutions interventions.
Develop comprehensive project implementation strategies, methodologies, systems, tools, operational frameworks, and management approaches to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
Ensure alignment between project activities, Acted strategic priorities, donor requirements, humanitarian standards, government regulations, and sectoral guidance.
Promote integrated programming approaches that strengthen environmental sustainability, disaster risk reduction, climate resilience, community safety, and access to essential services.
Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly planning processes for all project activities.
Continuously review project performance and adapt implementation strategies based on operational realities, contextual changes, assessments, lessons learned, and emerging needs.
Ensure innovation, technical excellence, and evidence-based decision-making are incorporated into project implementation.
