• Diploma in Marine Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Bachelor or Diploma in Marine Engineering.
• Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• Extensive experience in dredge crew management.
• Knowledge of dredging techniques especially by cutter suction dredger.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and presentations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Be the lead manager on site and assume overall responsibility and authority for the
• project. Supervise dredging projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Ensure that the project is managed and executed in compliance with the contract, approved drawings & specifications..
• Supervise project execution phases including mobilization, setup and demobilization.
• Attend site visits for project assessment as & when required.
• Ensure proper utilization of dredgers and ancillary equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimize downtime.
• Lead and develop operational teams (project managers, engineers, crew, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance logs, and compliance documents.
• Maintain close liaison with survey department of different organization.
• Effectively manage project expenses.
• Manage safety protocols and promote a safety culture.
• Maintain good relationships with Govt. & non Govt. authorities, clients and other local administrative authorities.
