• 10-15 years of proven experience in road construction with Bridge, Calvert and protection work.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering software and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Experience:

10-15 years in road construction with Bridge, Calvert etc.

Job Overview:

Hossain Construction (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive expertise in road work to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of civil engineering principles, especially those specific to large-scale road construction projects with Bridge, Calvert. This role is crucial for overseeing project planning, execution, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of road construction projects planning and design with execution.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with project Management authority, Project Director and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to optimize resources and timelines.
• Oversee project budgets, estimates, and risk assessments.
• Any other tasks assigned by the managements. 
• Should be interest of the work in coastal area.
