Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in civil / Diploma engineering from reputed institute/ university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have clear concept/idea/experience in Structural and Construction work.
∎ The Candidate should have experience in construction of Residential/office/commercial buildings
∎ The candidate will be responsible to implement project as per design and variation, if any
∎ Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
∎ B.sc in Civil or Diploma Engineering having 10 years' experience with Govt. Projects experience
∎ for Preparing Bill, Revised Bill & site hand over experience upon completing finishing works.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety
∎ regulations.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
∎ Meet contractual conditions of performance.
∎ We be behaved and honest.

∎ Problem solving, Critical Thinking and result oriented convincing.
∎ Hard working and capable to work under pressure and extensive hours.
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis.
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
∎ Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Strong follow up and persuasive skills
∎ Ability to run the construction project independently
∎ Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
∎ Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
∎ Capable to run the complete construction management
∎ Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
∎ Project store and stock maintenance
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related
∎ performance.
∎ Capable to run the whole construction team to get the job done out of them.
∎ Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
∎ Participate in Quality Control of the project.
∎ To give much more emphasize to complete the project in time.
∎ Ensure work done at Site as per design & drawing.• Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
∎ Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ The Candidate should have working experience in respective field in well reputed construction
∎ company
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications, AutoCAD, GRASP, GEAR, STAAD. Pro .
∎ internet browsing etc.
