Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribute technical responsibilities among the teams and monitor the progress of projects.
∎ Deliver products/ projects according to the requirements, on time, and on budget.
∎ Work closely with team leaders of Android, iOS and Cloud Team during all phases of the development lifecycle.
∎ Work closely with the business team to understand the business flows and needs of a project.
∎ Review all work produced by the development team. Ensure codes and documentations meet company standards.
∎ Oversee user testing and report results-adjust requirements as needed.
∎ Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production.
∎ Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.
∎ Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical staff.
∎ Provide guidance and insight to upper management.
∎ Introduce and adopt new technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software and app development.
∎ Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Software Development & Information Technology field.
∎ Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience as a Project Manager.
∎ Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
∎ Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
∎ Strong understanding of the business scope of a product or project.
∎ Solid working knowledge in all required programming languages (Java, PHP,
∎ Android and iOS.) and database (Oracle, SQL etc.)
∎ Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
∎ Having any business degree/ knowledge is preferable
∎ Solid idea in standard project management tools and frameworks specially
∎ Microsoft project or Jira project management tool.
∎ PMP/ PRINCE 2 certified candidates will get preference
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ depends on experience
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
