Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Management System.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 3 year(s) proven experience of managing Textile and RMG industry ERP Software Development Project.
∎ Identify problems and their solutions
∎ Define, analyze, document and verify current business processes, business rules and requirements and document customer's current and future business needs by completing the requirement specification documentation (RSD)
∎ Improve clients' processes and procedures, where possible
∎ Ensure the signoff of proposed processes and requirements by the clients
∎ Ensure the proposed solution and requirements are understandable by stakeholders.
∎ Carry out demonstration of prototypes or developed solutions
∎ Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
∎ Organize user acceptance testing
∎ Conduct gap analysis of customers' requirements and our team
∎ Once confirmed, document all of the customers' requirements using our Project Management tools.
∎ Understand the user Interface requirements and evaluate, test and recommend enhancements
∎ Conduct testing against use cases
∎ Finalize necessary business documents required by Quality Assurance prior to Software Release
∎ Responsible for preparing user-training manuals and conducting training sessions with end-users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) proven experience of managing Textile and RMG industry ERP Software Development Project.
∎ Must have working experience on ERP
