Responsibilities & Context:
Skilled in requirement elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, focusing on sales features.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and management to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and suggest mitigation strategies.
Provide post-implementation support for stakeholders and end-users.
Analyze workflows, recommend optimizations for ERP integration.
Develop and maintain BRDs, user stories, SRS, functional specs, and process flow diagrams.
Facilitate discussions with clients, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and provide updates.
Identify ERP discrepancies and propose solutions.
Create test cases, conduct UAT, and validate ERP features.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Work with the project manager to identify risks and implement contingency plans.
Gather feedback, drive ERP enhancements, and recommend process improvements.
Analyze data for insights to improve business outcomes.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
