Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 2 to 3 years

• Skilled in requirement elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.

• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, focusing on sales features.

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and management to ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Provide post-implementation support for stakeholders and end-users.

• Analyze workflows, recommend optimizations for ERP integration.

• Develop and maintain BRDs, user stories, SRS, functional specs, and process flow diagrams.

• Facilitate discussions with clients, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and provide updates.

• Identify ERP discrepancies and propose solutions.

• Create test cases, conduct UAT, and validate ERP features.

• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

• Work with the project manager to identify risks and implement contingency plans.

• Gather feedback, drive ERP enhancements, and recommend process improvements.

• Analyze data for insights to improve business outcomes.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
