Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage project implementation plans, timelines, and documentation.
∎ Ensure smooth project execution, coordinating between teams and stakeholders.
∎ Monitor deadlines and deliverables to maintain project quality.
∎ Create detailed tasks for video editors, including timecodes, storyboards, visual descriptions, sound, and text requirements.
∎ Review and approve final video content, ensuring technical and visual quality.
∎ Verify mobile adaptation, layout consistency, and overall video compliance with project goals.
∎ Participate in testing services, checking functionality, layout, and user experience.
∎ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before final acceptance.
∎ Maintain project documentation using tools like Figma, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
∎ Prepare regular progress reports and analyze work results for continuous improvement.
∎ Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, editors, developers, and stakeholders.
∎ Proven experience in project management and team coordination.
∎ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
∎ Strong testing and QA skills, including layout verification and mobile adaptation.
∎ Experience in video production workflows, from task assignment to final approval.
∎ Ability to provide detailed video editing briefs (timecodes, storyboards, sound/text descriptions).
∎ Knowledge of basic video editing principles and quality standards.
∎ Familiarity with Figma, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
∎ Understanding of web development basics (advantageous).
∎ Strong reporting and analytical skills.
