Job Context:
∎ Disabled Rehabilitation & Research Association (DRRA) is a non-government, voluntary development organization in Bangladesh working for the destitute and person with disabilities since 1996. DRRA is operating a country program on disability Inclusive development in more than 20 districts of Bangladesh. Program addressed Health, Rehabilitation, Education and Community development with more than 15 categories of stakeholders at local and National level. DRRA is already implementing this program through DPOs and CBOs for last 4 years. It is a second phase of DRRA flagship program.
∎ DRRA is going to appoint one Project Manager to implement the project `KISHORI` (Knowledge on Inclusive Sexuality & Health Rights) and reporting Team Leader. The goal of the project is to create enabling personal and social life of adolescent girls with disabilities for their sexual and reproductive health rights & issues in their community. This project will focus on three issues (i) highlights the needs and rights of Inclusive Adolescent sexual and Reproductive Health (IASRH) and; (ii) knowledge transfer within community, which will be inclusive, and participatory and (iii) mainstreaming disability inclusive SRHR services in government and non-government programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Donor Communication & Reporting
∎ Manage and supervise project team at field level those are working under the assigned projects ;
∎ Manage contract with implementing partners and their staff at different levels to ensure their deliverables and coordination.
∎ Organize capacity building events including training, workshops etc. for project stakeholders including staff;
∎ Liaison with local and national stakeholders (the Directorate of Family Planning of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Women & Children Affairs and develop formal partnership MoUs).
∎ Knowledge management initiatives and activities of the project
∎ Coordination and liaison with NGOAB for fund clearance, meeting compliances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) working experience and 2 years Proposal implementations or Project Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management/Research, Manual Development/ Advocacy, Project financial management, government compliance as NGO and Donor Reporting.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates with working experience in disability-related /SRHR projects.
∎ IT knowledge to use Strata, MIS, Microsoft 365 etc.
∎ Team working knowledge and capacity to work on a team
∎ 60% field visit
∎ Media & Communication Knowledge.
∎ Fund raising knowledge & sound knowledge of bidding process

Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
