∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Email , English on Business Communication, Project Management, Project proposal writing, Time Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for attending customer facing pre/post-sales meetings to identify and define clients’ requirements, scope and objectives
∎ Responsible for preparing tender document such as EOI, RFP, RFQ etc. for different Government and private organization
∎ Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.
∎ Facilitate project scope, goals and deliverable as per client’s needs
∎ Define project tasks and resource requirements
∎ Prepare project estimation, budget and costing
∎ Prepare Project Charter, Project Plan, SRS, WBS, and deliverables as per requirement
∎ Provide direction and support to project implementation team
∎ Track project deliverables and communicate with client, sponsors to deliver the project on-time and within scope and budget
∎ Prepare working plan, assign task, monitoring and reporting current project status to management
∎ Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs
∎ Ability to solve problems when it appears in the project and help team members as necessary
∎ Ability to meet tight deadlines and doesn’t take working as pressure but enjoys challenges and new opportunities
∎ Provide project management expertise throughout an entire project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Project Life Cycle and SDLC
∎ Has required training, skills, and experiences for successful project management
∎ Must be capable of managing multiple projects at a time
∎ Certification in project management standards and disciplines will be a plus

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on Skills and Experience
