Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant degree from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring potential Implementation project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project
∎ Ensuring quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables
∎ Continually identifying, prioritizing and mitigating project risks and issues
∎ Driving proper project chartering and setup
∎ Identifying and governing change and process management considerations critical to the success of the project
∎ Performing project team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance
∎ Providing an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching and training apprentice Project Managers
∎ Tracking short-term project metrics
∎ Reviewing the project's medium-term benefits
∎ Work collaboratively within the Project Management Organization to improve delivery and outcomes for all projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on Garments ERP is required
∎ Well understanding of the work flow of BD RMG is required
∎ Technical expertise on Python, MySql, MongoDb is required
∎ Good hand on project management tools like Jira, Redmine, Git is reuired
∎ Must have proper documentation quality with skilled project management and planning
∎ Understand CI/CI, TDD and Test Automation setup and configuration
∎ Management of multiple projects simultaneously – some of which will span across multiple business areas
∎ Manages projects related to SAP development, enhancements, upgrades, and other various Business Systems projects
∎ Familiar with SAP, or other ERP implementations
∎ Experience with Dynamics ERP
∎ Prince II and/or Microsoft SureStep Certification
∎ Learn enough about the Dynamics AX solution to lead teams through successful delivery
Salary: Negotiable
