Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Environmental Science or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience, preferably in environmental examination/assessment and management plan of civil construction/repairing/refurbishing work
∎ Demonstrated experience on assess the environmental conditions, detailing mitigation measures, environmental compliance, and monitor implementation of management plan.
∎ Experience in managing complex projects related to environmental and disaster risk reduction drives for children and young people, with a policy influencing dimension.
∎ Preference will be given in managing environmental compliance of USAID funded project
∎ Skill on detailing environmental mitigation measures and monitor activities
∎ Should have capacity to work in any situation during emergency and capacity building ability of project staff
∎ Ability and willingness to travel widely in program areas
∎ Excellent spoken, and writing skills in English & Bangla
∎ Ability to produce quality analytical reports and facilitate discussion at various levels
