Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience, preferably in civil repairing/refurbishing work
∎ Demonstrated experience on structural work designing, BOQ, estimating, drawing and environmental survey, recovery and rehabilitation including emergency livelihood
∎ Experience in managing complex projects related to engineering and disaster risk reduction drives for children and young people, with a policy influencing dimension.
∎ Good knowledge on Shelter repairing/refurbishment and cash transfer activities
∎ Should have capacity to work in any situation during emergency and capacity building ability of project staff
∎ Ability and willingness to travel widely in program areas
∎ Excellent spoken, and writing skills in English & Bangla
∎ Ability to produce quality analytical reports and facilitate discussion at various levels
