• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Age 35 to 50 years

• The Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager should possess past knowledge in all fields of Civil Engineering, especially in Structural Engineering, Geo-technical Engineering, and Transport Engineering. They should also have a working knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing design for high-rise buildings

• Budget management:  To estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.        

• Quality Control: Time to time compare the actual work done against the planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project and conduct inspection and address any issue that arise to maintain quality throughout the project.·        

• Documentation and reporting: Keep record regarding project information i.e copy of approved plan and detail information of the Project e.g number and size of commercial spaces, customer database etc. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status and progress.       

• Communication: keep regular contact with stakeholders including clients, construction and team members.      

• Supervision of surveying building layout.       

• Maintain site observation and monitoring books.        

• To be accountable for the successful completion of the project.
