Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the social and professional inclusion of excluded Young Adult- Coaching)
∎ Once trained to the LP4Y Pedagogy and to the use of our tools, the coach will take part in supporting a team of 15 to 20 Young Adults (18 to 25 years old) by developing it’s skills in the following domains.
∎ Organization and management (project management) :
∎ 1. Pedagogy and follow up of the Young Adults, so that they gain confidence in their capacity to act
∎ and therefore find and keep a decent job.
∎ 2. Development of a Micro-Company (social entrepreneurship) to enable them to develop :
∎ Soft skills; business, management, organization, planification, communication, professionalism, time
∎ management
∎ 3. Partnership development to create and develop an integration ecosystem for the Youth.
∎ 4. Organization and management: organization of program activities in collaboration with other
∎ Catalysts, budget management, follow up and reporting of the activities along with the
∎ coordination team in support.
∎ The coach is accompanied on a daily basis by the country coordinator, who is supported by Project Leaders, specialists in each of these pillars.
∎ Life Project 4 Youth Alliance (LP4Y) is a federation consisting of 19 organizations across 14 countries. Their primary objective is to innovate solutions that facilitate the professional and social inclusion of young individuals aged between 15 to 24, particularly those experiencing extreme poverty and exclusion. LP4Y operates various programs across different centers and villages worldwide to support the inclusion of young people and their families. Among these initiatives are the Green Villages, which are specialized hubs in rural areas, focusing on tailored pedagogy and sustainable entrepreneurial training.
∎ LP4Y is seeking a Project Manager (Coach) for our location in Location : Training and Development Center (TDC) Bhashantek, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ They will work approximately 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday, with 24 days off over a 12-month contract period, which is renewable.
