Position Summary

The Country Coordinator will lead and manage Life Project 4 Youth’s programs and operations in Bangladesh, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and vision. This position is responsible for overseeing project implementation, liaising with key stakeholders, managing the country office, and ensuring sustainable development outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a passion for development work, exceptional project management skills, and strong experience in working with multi-sectoral teams.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Program management & Leadership.

   • Lead the strategic planning, development & implementation of the organization’s program in Bangladesh.

   • Oversees the execution of ongoing projects.

2. Stakeholder engagement & advocacy.

   • Advocate for the organization’s mission.

   • Foster & maintain relationship with local & international partners.

3. Team management & development.

   • Provide leadership guidance & support to the in country team.

   • Mange recruitment, appraisal & staff development.

4. Operational Oversight.

   • Ensure the efficient management of the country office’s operation.

   • Develop & oversee annual budget.

5. Security, Risk & crisis management.

   • Implement & regularly update security protocols.

   • Develop & maintain country level risk management plan.
