Responsibilities & Context:

GREEN VILLAGE LEADER

Location: Village - Tushbhander, Upazila - Kaliganj, Zila - Lalmonirhat, Division - Rangpur, Bangladesh

Responsibilities and Duties

Once trained to the LP4Y Pedagogy and to the use of our tools, the mission will take part in supporting a team:

Organization - Management

• Coordinate the Green Village Bangladesh project 

• Manage the Finance & Administrative responsibilities of the Green Village Bangladesh

• Ensures the reporting of information to the LP4Y Asia coordinator and the LP4Y Alliance coordination team.

Support - Catalysts

• Supports the training, the launching of the mission and accompany the LP4Y Catalysts in GV Bangladesh

• Ensures the coherence of the pedagogical programs

• Participates in recruitment process & follow up  of national catalysts

• Participates in the GV teams organization 

Strategy

• Develop & implement the Green Village Bangladesh strategy 

• Plan the mid & long term development of the projects, forecast needs according to it (Catalysts, funds, equipment, etc…)

Development of partnerships

• Follow up of the Green Village Bangladesh ecosystem 

• Development of the global communication and partnership strategy

• T/A,Tour allowance,Mobile bill,Weekly 2 holidays
• Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

• Monthly salary: 25,000 BDT/month (fixed for the first year of contract)

• Will be taken in charge by LP4Y of your expenses if you need to travel as and when required for Project Purpose

• Housing is provided

• Basic food and load are reimbursed
