Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Development Studies (MDS)
• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)

• At least 1 years

• Age 24 to 30 years
• Only Female

Once trained to the LP4Y Pedagogy and tools, you will take part in supporting a team of young adults (18-25 years old) and develop the following skills:

• Pedagogy and follow up of the Youth so that they gain confidence in their capacity to act and therefore find and keep a decent job
• Development of a micro-company (social entrepreneurship), enabling them to develop their:
  • Soft skills: business, management, organization, planification, communication, professionalism, time management 
  • Hard Skills: digital literacy, English
• Partnership development: creating and developing an integration ecosystem for the Youth
• Organization and Finance management organization of program activities in collaboration with other Catalysts, budget management, follow up and reporting of the activities
• Sustainability will help create lasting solutions that benefit both the youth and their communities and through Citizenship Development, will empower young adults to become active, responsible citizens and create a nurturing environment for their well-being and growth.
• Fluent in Bangla and well command in English (compulsory) 
• Work experience in the corporate or NGO sector will be appreciated
• Basic knowledge in MS office (word, excel, drive, email…) & Google (sheets, notes, drives, docs, slides)
• Professional behavior
• Ability to work in a team (team spirit) especially with intercultural members
• Motivated and proactive profile who like challenges, volunteer spirit
• Ready to learn and grow both on the personal and professional levels 
• Ability to live in a community

LP4Y- LIFE PROJECT 4 YOUTH

Life Project 4 Youth Alliance is a federation of 19 organizations in 14 countries whose mission is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of Young people (15-24 yo) from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.

LP4Y supports the decent inclusion of thousands of Young people and their families in 41 programs, 20 Life Project Centers, 4 Little Angel Academies, 6 Green Villages, 4 Youth hostels, 2 LP4Y Labs in South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Europe and America.

MISSIOn

Project Manager (Coach)

Location: Training and Development Center (TDC) Bhashantek, Dhaka 

Working Schedule (need to be flexible on working hours):

• Working time: about 40h/week
• Work days : From Sunday to Thursday based on 8 hours/day
• Holidays : 24 days off for 12 months contracts

This mission is a 12 months contract and renewable.

The TDC Coach agrees that during the term of his/her work, he/she shall not engage in any other trade business or occupation

Benefits

• Monthly salary: 25,000 BDT/month (fixed for the first year of contract)

• Will be taken in charge by LP4Y of your expenses if you need to travel as and when required for Project Purpose
