Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)

• Only Female

• Fluent in Bangla and well command in English (compulsory) 
• Work experience in the corporate or NGO sector will be appreciated
• Basic knowledge in MS office (word, excel, drive, email…)
• Professional behavior
• Ability to work in a team (team spirit) especially with intercultural members
• Motivated and proactive profile who like challenges, volunteer spirit

Life Project 4 Youth Alliance is a federation of 19 organizations in 14 countries whose mission is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of young people (18-25 years old) from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.

LP4Y supports the decent inclusion of thousands of young people and their families in 41 programs, 20 Life Project Centers, 4 Little Angel Academies, 6 Green Villages, 4 Youth hostels, 2 LP4Y Labs in South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Europe and America.

GREEN VILLAGE 

Green Villages are established in regions away from the big cities, and offer a pedagogy that is specially tailored for Youth living in rural communities.

The Green Village (GV) is a Sustainable Entrepreneurial Hub, an example of environmentally-friendly living and contributes to the sustainable development of local communities. It provides a 3-month residential professional training program.

The Green Village Bangladesh will welcome 50 young people on a regular basis, exclusively young women. 

MISSION

Green Village Project Manager (Coach)—Female

Location: Village - Tushbhander, Upazila - Kaliganj, Zila - Lalmonirhat,

Division - Rangpur, Bangladesh

Once trained on the LP4Y pedagogy and the use of our tools you will be part of a coaching a team for up to 60 Young Women, developing your skills in the following areas:

Organization and management (project management): 

• Support the Foreman and the Security team of the Green Village for the good maintenance of the center. 
• Reach the given objectives. 
• Be proactive giving suggestions or advice.
• Report any suspicious activity or visit in the Green Village. 
• Report purchase list & budget to the Finance coordination team.

Pedagogy and accompanying the Young Adults (training and cross management): 

• Act as a mirror: Show exemplary behavior, be a model of professionalism, safety and ecological consciousness to inspire the Youth.
• Implement LP4Y’s guidance on professional and personal development and regular follow up on the youth.
• Support the Youth about employability soft and hard skills: professional behavior, self confidence, team management and business development, English communication (written and oral), computer (MS office, Google Suite, Drive, email, …). 
• Provide the necessary conditions for the Youth to work on their personal development and prepare their professional and social inclusion.
• You are the leader in the training and support of these young people following an educational course prepared on the different dimensions of the Life Project plan of each young person.
• Help them develop their life plan.

Well being & community spirit

• Show exemplary behavior, be a model of responsibility, safety, community spirit and ecological consciousness to inspire the community.
• Ensure the link between LP4Y and the STARS Club(LP4Y alumni). 
• Development of local partnerships (communication and strategy): With the support of the team, you will develop and maintain the partners’ network around the project: mobilize companies, NGOs, hard skill trainers, technical experts…

Working Schedule (need to be flexible on working hours):

• Working time: about 40h/week
• Work days : From Sunday to Thursday based on 8 hours/day
• Holidays : 24 days off for 12 months contracts

This mission is a 12 month contract, renewable.

The Green Village Coach agrees that during the term of his/her work, he/she shall not engage in any other trade business or occupation

• Monthly salary: 25,000 BDT/month (fixed for the first year of contract)
