Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years working experiences in the relevant field including 3 years in management or supervisory position.
∎ Experience of working on Child Rights based approaches, CRC and other Human Rights instruments
∎ Understanding of rights based/child rights programming
∎ Excellent skills on managing budget, staff, partnership and overall project activities
∎ Good M&E skills with ability to write quality reports
∎ Excellent communication skills - both in Bangla and English
