Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria.
∎ Implement the necessary project management infrastructure (project plans, issues lists, communication plans).
∎ Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in an effort to maintain client expectations and project milestone success.
∎ Work with various team members (both Internal functional teams and customer teams) to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner and document any issues
∎ Communicate and publish project status to the project stakeholders and team.
∎ Manage project scope to meet project success criteria while maximizing value brought to customers and revenue generated for employer
∎ Manage the financials of the project, invoicing of delivered services, and resolution of any financial disputes.
∎ Lead assigned projects to a successful completion within appropriate time frame.
∎ Assist with developing new processes and tools that improve the performance and effectiveness of the project management delivery.
∎ Assist with other initiatives to evaluate and drive customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinates and monitors field support projects from initiation through delivery.
∎ Serves as liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
∎ Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
∎ Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.
∎ Creates, updates and maintains all implementation calendars.
∎ Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
∎ Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
∎ Assists in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables.
∎ Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for assigned projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of IT Project Management role experience.
∎ 5 years of Business System Analysis work experience.
∎ Firm knowledge of Banking Business, Financial Accounting, Time management, or similar domain knowledge.
∎ Experience managing an implementation team required.
∎ Experience managing large (Business Application) software projects required at least (4 implementation).
∎ Strong System and Business Level Analytical Skills.
∎ Strong experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports.
∎ Superb written and oral communication skills required (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word).
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
∎ Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from project management to coaching other team members.
∎ Ability and willingness to work under strong hard deadlines and long hours (if required.)
