Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
∎ Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
∎ Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
∎ Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
∎ Track project metrics and performance indicators to evaluate project success.
∎ Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure compliance with project management best practices, processes, and standards.
∎ Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability.
