∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A key player with robust knowledge in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliance and IT product service within warranty and out of warranty period.
∎ A persona with belief of change and improvement are the core to the organizational development.
∎ Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
∎ Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the service operation.
∎ Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
∎ Smart communication skill with globally renowned Principals like HP/Dell/Samsung/Lenovo/or the like.
∎ Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
∎ Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ An insight generator with excellent reporting and presentation skill.
∎ Love to run after KPI no matter what challenges come across.
∎ A very good team player with amazing team leadership skill to drive the team for efficient and challenging target.
∎ Flexible to receive new process, understand and implement those in a timely manner.
∎ Obviously a never frustrating mindset.
∎ Multiple vendor certification will keep you ahead of the competition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and find the problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues
∎ Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).

Salary: Negotiable
