Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check every day’s Service order pending list and work on it to deliver the product on time.
∎ Check every day’s Non-Serial product pending list and work on it to deliver the product on time.
∎ Monitoring pending product and ensure the product delivery on time.
∎ Prepare Service order ageing report.
∎ Prepare Department wise TAT report
∎ Prepare Post warranty income report.
∎ Prepare market visit calendar and visit accordingly to build-up well bonding with respected customer, corporate clients and dealer.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
∎ Prepare courier costing report.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly Product receive & delivery report.
∎ Prepare business plan for spare part bulk sales in all over Bangladesh.
∎ Receive advance payment of post warranty service.
∎ Ensure the collection point payment and transfer the data to billing section.
∎ Follow-up courier department and manage for smooth operation.
∎ Any other task assign as per management.
∎ Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that are overlooked.
∎ Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and reduce the number of clients who stop working with the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in Collection Point department will be preferable.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook & Internet.
∎ Energetic, self-motivated, smart and willing to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
