Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring various projects including ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, and process automation across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and manufacturing facilities
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project charters, scope statements, and status reports
- Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within allocated resources
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external consultants for project requirements
- Create detailed project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
- Support change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes
- Maintain project repositories and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned
- Assist in developing project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Track project KPIs and provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders
