Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain effective communication and liaison with government and regulatory bodies such as BIDA, NSI, SB, BGMEA, BKMEA, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and foreign embassies as needed.
· Draft, review, and dispatch official letters, invitations, and other formal communications in a timely and professional manner.
· Proactively identify and resolve protocol or guest-related issues during official events, visits, or meetings.
