Additional Requirements:

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in administrative operations and transport/vehicle management is needed.

Only retired non-commissioned defense personnel with adequate academic qualifications will be eligible to apply.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of administrative work, vehicle documentation, vendor management, and cost control. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintaining all admin-related operations within the company.

  • Managing the company's vehicle support system, including scheduling, allocation, maintenance, and coordinating rent-a-car services.

  • Monitoring and managing fuel consumption and cost control.

  • Overseeing driver management, including attendance, duty rosters, and overtime.

  • Handling all vendor management, selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

  • Processing and verifying all transport-related bills, invoices, and payments.

  • Maintaining and updating all vehicle papers and documents (BRTA registration, insurance, fitness certificates, tax tokens, etc.).

  • Managing GPS tracking bills, subscriptions, and proper functioning of GPS devices.

  • Overseeing mess rent and other related administrative payments.

  • Managing electricity bills and ensuring timely clearing of all utility payments.

  • Preparing and submitting money requisitions and ensuring proper fund utilization.

  • Maintaining a vendor ledger, tracking outstanding payments, and ensuring timely settlement.

  • Preparing periodic reports on transport operations, cost analysis, and vendor performance.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

  • Responsible for all project/site security forces from onboarding, deployment to discharge.

  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
