Lead generation and prospecting: Actively source and pursue new projects, clients, and investors through networking, industry events, and market research.
Client and partner relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, investors, contractors, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
Sales and negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure profitable projects.
Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze industry data, and assess project viability.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as project management, development, and finance, to align business development goals with operational capabilities and ensure successful project execution.
Performance tracking and reporting: Track sales metrics, monitor project pipelines, and report on performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends to management.
