• Coordinate daily sales activities across different projects (land, apartment, commercial, township developments).

• Prepare, update and maintain sales dashboards, reports and pipelines.

• Ensure timely communication of leads, follow-ups and client queries to the sales team.

• Support in price negotiations, preparing quotations and assisting in client proposals.

• Handle booking forms, MoUs, agreements and other sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation before handover.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding sales-related queries.

• Schedule site visits, meetings and follow up on client feedback.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

• Develop annual and project-wise sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue plans in coordination with Finance and Marketing.

• Drive project-based retail sales through site and regional teams, ensuring alignment with project launch plans, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture in Sales
