Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline or Preferably Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead IT related projects from production office
∎ Collaborate efficiency projects with buying office
∎ Regularly monitor all process and suggest development plan for overall efficiency of the process
∎ Lead efficiency process with supplier on behalf of production Office
∎ Lead the subproject through planning, executing and closing
∎ Set up a working group to investigate and develop the expected deliverables
∎ Set clear tasks, and drive activities and alignment within the working group
∎ Keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged
∎ At project closing, hand over the result and summarize any outstanding issues in the final report
∎ Cooperate with Business-IT to set requirements on systems and to secure the necessary tools (if applicable)
∎ Document and report the subproject to stakeholders in accordance with the Production project method
∎ Provide feedback to managers of the individuals within the working group
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Strong communication skills and presentation skills
∎ Strong leadership and influencing skills
∎ Gains trust within cross-functional teams
∎ Ability to plan, lead and facilitate meetings and workshops across organizational boundaries
∎ Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
