• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management.

• Prepare vouchers for all accounting transactions
• Post approved transaction into the general ledger
• Maintain and manage all bank and cash transactions
• Manage and maintain all day-to-day financial transactions of the Project
• Procure items as per the procurement policy.
• Arrange payment to the third party and prepare salary sheets for staff payment
• Maintain personnel files and leave records of all staff
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements regularly
• Prepare donor reports and all routine financial statements as per the policy of SOF
• Day-to-day tally software update
• Prepare cash flow statement and budget variance analysis report
• Arrange payment of all utility bills in a timely fashion
• Deduct VAT & tax from all applicable payment sources and deposit to the bank
• Manage and prepare for audit and external financial monitoring
• Take a proactive role to remain cost-effective in organizational and programmatic management of SOF
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior as and when required
