• Master of Social Science (MSS)

• Master`s or Bachelor`s degree in Education, Social Science/Social work. Preference will be given to the candidate having a certificate in Education and Early Childhood Development (ECD).

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 01 years of professional project management experience in the field of RMG.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and Power Point etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

Project Context:

Strengthening Meaningful Participation of Factory Workers and Their Children in Leveraging a Decent Environment to Enjoy Their Rights and Well-being in Bangladesh (SMILE Project). Factory workers and their children in Bangladesh often face unsafe working and living conditions, limited access to basic services, and minimal opportunities to participate in decisions that affect their lives. Target Groups: RMG Factory workers (especially women workers), Children of factory workers, Factory management, community leaders, and local stakeholders.

Project Area: Gazipur and Savar.

Job Duration: 1st February 2026 to 31 May 2026. (Employment contracts will be increased based on donor funds.)

Project Office Location: Zirani, Panishail, Kashimpur, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement the project activity by preparing a monthly work plan.
• Visit the working area (Gazipur and Savar) for the selection and formation of the worker group.
• Establish and functionalize a play-based joyful Day Care Center (DCC) and Community-Based Learning Center (CBLC) in RMG factories for children.
• Capacity building of DCC caregivers and CBLC teachers on Child Development Process, Child Rights, Child Protection, Child Health, and Care.
• Facilitate parenting sessions with DCC and CBLC children’s parents.
• Develop ECD materials.
• Develop or adapta curriculum to support the children. 
• Conduct a survey/ diagnosis at the beginning of the project to identify the support needs for the workers, their childre,n as well as the factory.
• Organize and conduct different orientation/training/workshop/seminar etc.
• Prepare a report of all kinds of program like- meeting, orientations, training, workshop etc.
• Participate in different meeting workshops and training events.
• Update program records regularly, both soft and hard copies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior as and when required.

• Gross salary (monthly): BDT 36,750/-

• Religious festival bonus (yearly): 100% of a monthly gross salary.

• Other allowance as per project.
