Requirements

Education

·         Diploma in Engineering (Civil) “Any govt. Polytechnic.”

·         Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

·         5 / 7 years.

·         The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Developer.

# Additional Requirements

·         Age At least 25/35 years.

·         Must experience in High Rise Building Constructions related work.

·         Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports, ERP and statements independently.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural analysis software is an advantage.

·         The applicants should have experience in fair face building work & green building work.

·         Preferable who have work experience at Jolshiri Abashon project.

·         Preferable who have work experience of minimum one residential building pilling to finishing work.

Responsibilities & Context

·         Execute and implementation of project works according to work schedule.

·         The applicants should have experience in Pile works, Structural works & all civil works.

·         Project management, Project costing, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills.

·         Manage materials, equipment and supporting materials of the project.

·         Ensure quality of civil works, construction materials and finishing items.

·         Coordinate of electrical mechanical works ensure safety & security.

·         Making report of engineering and store materials, control material wastage.

·         Solve project relates any kind of problem & monitor work of the project.

·         Manage workers when it will be needed, Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
