Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision of construction works to complete the project in time.
Understanding of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior drawings etc.
Taking measurements of all completed works and recoding in MB.
Preparation of material quantity as per work schedule.
To take field measurement as per as built construction at site.
Preparing details estimates, matching it with BOQ.
Prepare CS, Work Order etc.
Checking contractors’ bills, petty expenses bill and certifying those.
Record keeping of different types of contractors Bill.
Maintain Constructions accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Execution proper care for site safety, safety for workers and preventive measures against accident.
