Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Applicants must have relevant experience in architectural firms, interior design and construction project management.
Key Requirements for Architect:
Auto CAD, 3D-Max, Sketch UP, Lumion Render.
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft office is required
Expertise in architectural and interior design and detail drawings field.
Plan, Elevation, Section with Detail Working drawing.
Expertise in RAJUK law.
Graduates from BUET, AUST, KUET, CUET, BRAC, NSU & ASIA PACIFIC University will get preferences.
Responsibilities & Context (Architect):
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment. The role requires a strong creative mindset with a keen sense of aesthetics & a practical understanding of functionality.
A thorough understanding of creativity and design principles is required, along with proven capability in preparing working drawings and design documentation under the supervision of architects.
Plan, Elevation, Section with Detail Working drawing.
Skilled in Autodesk Auto CAD, 3D-Max, Sketch UP, Lumion Render,
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft office is required.
A keen eye for detail drawing.
For Draftsman:
Vacancy: 01
Education: Diploma or Graduation in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed 2D and/or 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SolidWorks)
* Develop technical drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and layouts based on project requirements
* Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes
* Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify design details
* Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
* Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation drawings
* Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and completeness
* Expertise in RAJUK LAW & RAJUK Drawing.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Draftsman or CAD Operator.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD required; others are a plus)
* Strong understanding of technical drawings, symbols, and measurements
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
* Good attention to detail and time management skills
* Diploma from Dhaka Polytechnic, Dinajpur Polytechnic, Bogura Polytechnic also graduates (B.Arch or civil engineering) from universities will get preferences
