1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
2. Candidates will give preference those who have work experience at Bashundhara R/A in Dhaka.
3. Proficiency in preparing calculations, budgets, and plans for civil construction.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Ability to lead and work within a team environment.
9. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities:

Cost Estimate, Budgets, and Plans: Prepare all types of costing, budgets, and plans related to civil construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Project Implementation: Ensure smooth and efficient implementation of the project plan by communicating effectively with manager. Meet project targets within the specified time frame set by the management.

Resource Preparation: According to the project plan, prepare and obtain approval for all construction materials, related equipment, and necessary manpower from the authorities.

Sourcing: Arrange sources for construction materials and related equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.

Site Management: Visit the project site daily, distribute responsibilities among the manpower according to their skills, and regularly monitor the progress of the assigned work. Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout the project.

Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Others:

Willingness to do any other task assigned by the Management.
