Skills Required: BoQ and Designing,Building Construction,High rise with Basement Building Construction Management,Project Management,Structural analysis and Design,Structural Design,structural drawing,Structural Engineering
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Must have experience in completing high-rise residential and commercial buildings from beginning to end.
- Candidates are encouraged to bring their portfolios to the interview.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with precision in calculations.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise the construction of high-rise buildings.
- Estimate civil and finishing materials accurately and raise requirements accordingly.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with BNBC, ASTM, and relevant national and international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when needed.
- Regularly monitor and update site measurement books and checklists.
- Perform and document all tests and inspections of materials according to standards.
- Research and prepare accurate cost estimates for the project.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, handle stress effectively, and uphold honesty, ethics, punctuality, and project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and promptly report project scenarios to supervisors via apps and emails. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.
