Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Must have experience in completing high-rise residential and commercial buildings from beginning to end.
• Candidates are encouraged to bring their portfolios to the interview.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with precision in calculations.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise the construction of high-rise buildings.
• Estimate civil and finishing materials accurately and raise requirements accordingly.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with BNBC, ASTM, and relevant national and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when needed.
• Regularly monitor and update site measurement books and checklists.
• Perform and document all tests and inspections of materials according to standards.
• Research and prepare accurate cost estimates for the project.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, handle stress effectively, and uphold honesty, ethics, punctuality, and project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and promptly report project scenarios to supervisors via apps and emails. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.
