• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of EM systems and airport standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability under site conditions.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Chinese language knowledge is an added advantage.

·        Prepare SLD, GA, layout, and other electrical drawings for substation systems

·        Ensure design and materials comply with technical specifications, BOQ, safety standards, and project timelines

·        Review technical specifications, BOQ, drawings, and compliance requirements

·        Ensure procurement alignment with approved materials and project specifications

·        Identify and report deviations, non-compliance, and technical gaps in vendor submissions

·        Support sourcing of substation equipment including:

o   11/0.4 kV substation systems

o   Up to 4 MVA dry type transformers

o   Up to 3 MVA diesel generators

o   HT/LT switchgear (VCB, ACB, panels)

o   Protection relays, CT/PT, and accessories

·        Prepare technical comparison statements for vendor / suppliers’ evaluation

·        Review vendor datasheets, catalogues, and technical submittals

·        Coordinate with vendors for technical clarification and compliance alignment

·        Support preparation of material approval submissions to consultant/client

·        Maintain approved vendor list, material tracking, and documentation records

·        Ensure compliance with project requirements

·        Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of 11/0.4 kV substations

·        Handle up to 4 MVA dry type transformers including installation and testing

·        Manage up to 3 MVA diesel generator systems, including synchronization and load testing and commissioning activities

·        Prepare site progress reports and project documentation
