Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure a prompt hiring, choosing, and onboarding procedure by using good communication & organizational skill.
∎ To keep an updated CV bank and employee's personal file with all relevant paperwork.
∎ To advertise open opportunities, arrange for all interviews, and contact all applicants by being proactive and dynamic.
∎ To discuss hiring concerns with internal and external stakeholders for the objectives of interviews, placements, and talent sourcing for which active listening, attention to details and flexibility are required.
∎ Any additional general administrative tasks or special initiatives that are delegated by your immediate supervisor. Must be able to multitask and remain organized to meet deadlines
