Job Context:
∎ We are looking a dynamic and professional candidates for our corporate office.
∎ Probation period six months.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves guests by welcoming, inviting, and coordinating them appropriately Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
∎ Keep point-by-point and exact records of guest demands and calls received.
∎ Maintain the common office recording and filling system.
∎ Basic admin works.
∎ Communicating with the vendors.
∎ Coordinate with HR and Admin.
∎ Supports coherence among work groups by archiving and communicating activities, abnormalities, and Processing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic English knowledge is a must (speak, write, read)
∎ Well-mannered, smart, and presentable
∎ Can adopt instructions fast and execute, quick learner Problem-solving attitude with an eye for details
