Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

NewVision Solutions Limited, with operations in Bangladesh and Japan, is seeking a skilled Engineer to manage its property and facility operations in Chokoria, Cox’s Bazar.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance, solving operational issues, coordinating with contractors and service providers, and ensuring all facilities are maintained to hotel-standard conditions for foreign guests.

Responsibilities & Context

• Coordinate and oversee property management projects, including renovation, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.

• Monitor and solve property-related issues (electricity, water, internet, maintenance, etc.).

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for timely support.

• Ensure all facilities are kept at a high standard to meet foreign guest expectations.

• Oversee minor renovation, repair, and improvement works when required.

• Maintain proper documentation, records, and regular operational reports.

• Ensure all properties are maintained to hotel-standard conditions.

• Prepare project status reports and update management regularly.

• Act as the central point of contact for management and ensure smooth communication.

Academic & Professional Requirements

• Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.

• 3-4 years of experience in property management, facility management, or construction supervision preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple operational issues under pressure.

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Willingness to stay at Chokoria, Cox’s Bazar.
