Responsibilities & Context:
Applications are invited for the post of Project Accountant having experience in Real Estate or similar industry.
- Have to stay in project site for full time.
- If you are not interested to stay in project site so no need to apply.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices warehouse environment.
- Control quality and construction management as per schedule.
- Construction material receive and inspection for project site / warehouse.
- Knowledge on ERP software system & computer operation.
- Properly Inventory management and ensure product quality.
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Experience in store keeping, inventory control or record keeping.
- Key departmental orders into the inventory management system.
- Any other job related assignment from your superior.
