Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Computer Science Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL and development experience with Oracle Forms 6i and above, Oracle Report, Oracle Apex;
∎ Good concept in Oracle Application server, Oracle Database 11g and above;
∎ Experience in PHP will be added value;
∎ Clear understanding Data Structures, Algorithms and Design patterns;
∎ Experience in developing, managing, testing & troubleshooting HRIS applications, Attendance Information System(AIS) and Payroll in RMG industry is preferable;
∎ Collaborating & analyzing with HR managers needs and requirements of the organization and designing solutions accordingly;
∎ Updating and maintaining HRIS/Payroll applications to meet changing business needs and complying with buyers legal and regulatory standards;
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members;
∎ OCP is preferable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team and individually;
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Well Behaviour.
