∎ Minimum Master’s with thesis in any subject of social sciences from a reputed university in Bangladesh or abroad.

∎ Proven track record of working in PME and/or knowledge management units for well-known institutes or NGOs
∎ At least seven years of working experiences with a PME and/or knowledge management unit of any reputed national or International Organisation. In case of extra-ordinary candidate duration of experience may be flexible.
∎ Publications on development issues as the first author, preferably in a peer-reviewed journals
∎ High proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis and proficiency in in using statistical analysis tools (e.g. SPSS)
∎ High proficiency in English and Bengali for generating and publication of reports, documents and articles in journals, popular newspapers and online
∎ Proven track record of working in PME and/or knowledge management units for well-known institutes or NGOs

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Role: The major role of the PME Manager is to ensure the further development and management of the PME and Knowledge Management system at NETZ Bangladesh Office and by this contributing to enhance the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the projects supported by NETZ. Furthermore, the PME Manager shall coordinate the conduction of studies under the NETZ sector programmes for contributing to the project and programme designs as well as for supporting policy dialogue initiatives.
