∎ Experience and skilled in the field of GBViE and skills development;
∎ Demonstrated hands-on skills on MS Office packages including Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point, internet, e-mail, KOBO Toolkit etc.;
∎ Excellent project management, budgeting and human resources management skills;
∎ Ability to work in challenging environments and handle difficult situations;
∎ Capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving ability;
∎ Excellent verbal and written fluency in both Bangla and English. Working language of Cox’s Bazar accent is desirable;
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills;
∎ Strong understanding and experience of implementing the Humanitarian Response Program;
∎ Excellent communication skills and timely reporting to the relevant stakeholders;
∎ Ability to take any instant decisions and to follow the targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop monthly and quarterly project implementation plans of Women Led;
∎ Community Center (WLCCs) and submit it to the line supervisor;
∎ Prepare progress reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) in line with project requirements;
∎ Prepare different types of guidelines for project implementation.
∎ Leading and overseeing the implementation of the Women Led Community Center (WLCC) activities;
∎ Ensure the implementation of project activities as per plans and guidelines;
∎ Oversee and ensure the preparation and execution of work plans for all project staff;
∎ Provide necessary guidance and supervision to ensure timely and effective delivery of project activities;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Develop expenditure plans of WLCCs and ensure that all project expenses align with the approved budget;
∎ Verify and certify all expense bills and vouchers for WLCC activities;
∎ Assist in preparing project budgets, program-based budget formulation, and periodic budget revisions.
∎ Supervise and monitor of Women Led Community Center (WLCC) staff activities, ensuring effective performance and professional development;
∎ Plan and arrange staff training to enhance skills and performance;
∎ Conduct appraisals and assessments for team members.5. Resource Management:
∎ Ensure effective management and utilization of WLCC resources and assets;
∎ Maintain proper documentation and accountability for WLCC assets.
∎ Communication and collaboration with local administration/ Camp-In-Charge (CIC), local government, sectors, civil society, relevant government and non-government agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Regular update the project progress and challenges to the senior management and ensure timely resolving of the challenges;
∎ Participate/ join different types of meeting , training, workshop on behalf of the organization.
∎ Represent GUK in key external platforms, coordination mechanisms and national events.
∎ Organize monthly meetings with Center Coordinators (CC), Master Trainers and Volunteers of WLCC.
∎ Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK is implementing humanitarian response project since 2017 in the Cox’s Bazar by the support of different donors.
∎ Jobs Responsibilities:
∎ To support the overall project implementation, we are looking for highly motivated and qualified incumbent to perform the role of Programme Coordinator under the implementing partner, GUK. S/he will need to take on challenges to ensure a rapid, effective, and timely response, holding overall responsibility for project achievements and results Leading and overseeing the implementation of the project.
∎ 1. Planning and Reporting:
∎ Develop monthly and quarterly project implementation plans of Women Led;
∎ Community Center (WLCCs) and submit it to the line supervisor;
