∎ At least 3 years' working experience in related field, preferably with 1-year experience in emergency response
∎ Demonstrable experience and skills in organizing training/workshop/meeting/seminars
∎ Basic understanding on administrative and financial functions
∎ Ability to work under pressure situation
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Excellent coordination, time management and documentation skills
∎ Proficient in computer operations and MS Office package
