Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline of Social Science or any other related subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities of Education Support Organizers and provide technical support;
∎ Responsible for 10 formal schools including integrated pre-schools;
∎ Conduct and assistance in baseline surveys;
∎ Orientation of subordinate staff;
∎ Coordination of project activities;
∎ Conduct and facilitate meetings, training and advocacy dialogue with communities and authorities;
∎ Monitor of activities at schools;
∎ Draft regular reports and budget monitoring;
∎ Participate in initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas;
∎ Any responsibilities given by the Organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Shall have sound knowledge in program management;
∎ 2 years' working experience is minimum, experience in similar position in reputed non-government organization (NGO) will be preferred.
∎ Project and staff management skills with a good track record;
∎ Excellent in team work, networking and communication;
∎ Able to develop periodical plan;
∎ Sound knowledge in analytical report writing;
∎ Sound knowledge in resource management;
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla;
∎ Have strong leadership ability;
∎ Motivation skill in working with adivasi & non-adivasi poor people in remote areas;
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle with valid driving license and
∎ Proper documentation skills.
Salary: Tk. 14740 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance, Hospitalization and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
